Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Where do you get your parts from? 
We buy all figures from retailers and all parts are then carefully examined and cracked to perfection. 

2. I ordered the wrong part, what do I do?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any refunds or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. Therefore, please carefully examine the pictures for the product you are purchasing to ensure you are ordering the correct part, accessory, and/or tool. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. 

3. The part I'm looking for is sold out, when will you restock?
We are always re-stocking our inventory and adding new parts, accessories, and tools. Subscribe to our email notification and follow us on IG @figuregiant to stay up to date with our latest inventory.  

4. I am wanting to get rid of some parts, will you buy them? 
At this time, we will not be buying parts or figures.

5.  When can I expect my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. 

6. I just received my order, how do I use re-open the torso?
